Beth is a Trainee Solicitor who assists with a range of disputes, building a breadth of experience in complex commercial litigation and high-value fraud claims.

Prior to joining PCB Byrne LLP, Beth worked for the London office of a US firm specialising in litigation and disputes as a senior paralegal and assisted on various arbitrations and High Court matters concerning breach of contract and/or licence agreements and civil fraud as well as a judicial review challenge and proceedings in the Competition Appeal Tribunal (both class actions and private claims). She also has previous experience as a paralegal conducting primarily legal aid work in a public law care team at a UK firm. Beth obtained a law degree from New College, University of Oxford in 2021 and is in the process of completing her LPC at University of Law.
